You Will Need:

- A valid email address.

- On the page, you would be asked to take a survey for Revs Bowling & Entertainment Centre and Surrey Golf Club. Click on Revs.
- On the next page, you would be asked to enter your email address and select the center you visited from the options given.
- Answer the questions that follow considering your experience at any of Revs’ centers. Be honest and candid with your answers. Do not take the survey if you’re going to be extremely haphazard with your responses.
- For having participated in the survey, Revs would offer you free bowling at the center. To avail the free bowling time, you should carry with you the emailed certificate and survey card for validation next time you visit a Revs center. The digital certificate may get lost in your ‘spam’ folder. So, check your spams if you did not receive the certificate post survey completion.
